Description Introduction: Neem leaf containsAzadiractin, Gedunin, andNimbolidethat has anti plasmodial effet. But, their mechanism is still unknown. Therefore, further research is needed  to find the mechanism. PfATP6 is a protein target of artemisinin and lactate dehydrogenase is a protein target of mefloquin.Method: The effectivity of Azadiractin, Gedunin, andNimbolide to inhibit PfATP6 and  Lactate dehydrogenase evaluated by docking server with Artemisinin and Mefloquin as a control.Result: Gedunin has lower free binding energy (ΔG), higher surface interaction, but doesn’t has binding similarity with amino residue of PfATP6 compared with Artemisinin as acontrol. Gedunin, Azadirachtin, and Nimbolide has higher(ΔG)than Mefloquin as a control and it’s bind in active side of Lactate dehydrogenase. Conclusion: Azadirachtin, Gedunin, and Nimbolide predicted has antimalarial potential with inhibitory activity in Lactate DehydrogenaseKeywords: Antimalarial, Azadiractin, Gedunin, Nimbolide, In silico
