AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work family conflict, social support and job stress on job satisfaction of female employees (a case study on female nurses at Tongas Probolinggo Hospital). The population in this study were female nurses at Tongas Hospital Probolinggo. The sample in this study used purposive sampling totaling 32 respondents who were married female nurses at Tongas Hospital Probolinggo.The analysis was carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of this study indicate that: (1). The t-test of the work family conflict variable has a t-count value of 0.385 and a significance value of 0.703 > 0.05 so that it is concluded that there is no significant effect between the work family conflict variable on job satisfaction, (2). The social support variable has a t-count value of 2.817 and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on the social support variable on job satisfaction, (3). The work stress variable has a t-count value of -1.592 and a significance value of 0.123 > 0.05 so that it is concluded that there is no significant and negative effect of the work stress variable on job satisfaction. (4). The F test results of the analysis contained in the regression table, obtained the calculated F value of 6,113. The value of Ftable at the significance level = 0.05 with (df1) = 3 and (df2) = 28 is 2.95. So when compared to F count 6.113 > F table 2.95 and the value of sig F = 0.002 < 0.05. This means that work family conflict, social support and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
