Description ABSTRACTThe propose of this research is about to know the effects of Store Atmosphere, Quality Product and Promotional Mix for goods Purchasing Decesions. The case study take place at clothing Inspired Soekarno Hatta Malang. This Research was conucted in Marech to May 2019. The Sampling techniques used in this research are Accidental Sampling and the population in this research is about 1.800 by using slovin formulas, than a sample of 95 respondents was obtained.The analysis using by linier multiple regression model and clasiceal asumptions, the results of this research suggest that : The results of t test (partial) 1).There are significant effect and positive variables Store Atmosphere for Purchase Decisions, 2).The variables of Quality Product is not significantly affected for Purchase Decisions  and  3). There is no positive effect in variables of Promotional Mix. The result of F Test (Simultaneous) suggest that the variables of Store Atmosphere, the Quality of the Product and Promotional Mix have common effect on Purchase Dicision at clothing Inspired Soekarno Hatta Malang.Key Words : Store Atmosphere, Quality Product, Promotional Mix and Purchase Decesions.
