Description ABSTRACT This study aims to know the formal cadres conducted PMII Branch Malang City and to know quality improvement SDM (member/cadre) after to follow formal cadres in conducted PMII Branch Malang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research was conducted PMII there are 3 forms of Formal Cadres used to say a formal cadre through MAPABA, PKD and PKL. Where the three formal cadres are carried out in a chain, sustainable and enhancement of achievement that are marked with the competence of cognitive, affective and psychomotoric of quality improvement or capasity of PMII cadres of Malang City Branch.Keywords : Formal Cadres, Improvement Quality SDM, PMII
