Description  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the financial management behavior of creative economy SMEs in the Malang fashion sub-sector in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The variables that may affect are income, financial knowledge and financial attitude. This type of independent variable and the dependent variable. That method used is descriptive analysis, which uses quantitative methods to manage data through multiple linier regression analysis through the SPSS program. The data used are original data and auxiliary data obtained through the use of Malang City Office of Industry and Trade Cooperation, there will bi 150 business participants in 2020. In addition, purposeful sampling is perfoemed and the the slovin formula is used, which is a technique used to determine the number of samples for 60 samples. Based on the data management above, the results show that income has no significant negative effect on financial management behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic, while financial knowledge and financial attitude have a significant positive effect on financial management behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. KeywordsFinancial Management behavior, Income, Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Creative Economy
