Description ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the level of education, hard skills, soft skills and performance of the employees of PT Kencana Cakra Buana, Bogor Regency. Knowing the level of education, hard skills, and soft skills on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Kencana Cakra Buana, Kab. Bogor with a sample size of 35 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the level of education and hard skills partially have no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Kencana Cakra Buana, Kab. Bogor. Soft skills have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Kencana Cakra Buana, Kab. Bogor. The level of education, hard skills, and soft skills simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Kencana Cakra Buana, Kab.
