Description Abstract The stock price is the price that occurs on the exchange at a certain time, the stock price can change up or down in a matter of time very quickly. The stock price is a very important factor and must be considered by investors in investing, because the stock price shows the value and achievements of a company. This study aims to determine the Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value and inflation simultaneously affect stock prices and to determine the Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value and inflation have a partial effect on stock prices. The population of this research is banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2019 period. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method which resulted in a sample of 4 state-owned banks. The research data uses secondary data obtained from financial reports and inflation reports in the 2017-2019 period.The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous calculation of the hypothesis between the variable Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV) and inflation has a significant effect on stock prices. And the calculation of the hypothesis partially shows that Price Earning Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices, Price to Book Value has a significant effect on stock prices and inflation shows a significant effect on stock prices.Keywords: Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Inflation, Stock Pr
