ABSTRACTProblems in this research are: Does transformational leadershipand organizational culture affect employee performance on the ManpowerOffice of Malang. The purpose of this research is: to know and analyze theextent to which transformational leadership and organizational cultureaffect the performance of employees at the Office of Manpower Malang.In this study the criteria of research samples are employees of theOffice Manpower of Malang. The result of research indicates that t value ofsignificance in transformational leadership variable (X1) has an effect onemployee performance (Y) equal to -2,611 and organizational culturevariable (X2) has dominant influence to employee performance (Y) 2,145, sobased on the result can be concluded That there is a significant influencebetween transformational leadership variables (X1) and organizationalculture variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Manpower Officeof Malang city.Keywords: Corporate Transformational Leadership, OrganizationalCulture, Employee Performance, Department of ManpowerMalang.
