Description ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, work environment and reward on employee performance at PT. BPR Delta Lamongan. This type of research uses explanatory research, by using the variables of leadership, work environment and reward as independent variables, and employee performance variables are the dependent variable. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, because the population was less than 100 respondents and obtained a sample of 41 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire.               The results showed that simultaneously the variables of leadership, work environment and reward have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Delta Lamongan. With the partial test results, the leadership variable (X1) has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. BPR Delta Lamongan. Work environment variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Delta Lamongan. Variable reward (X3) does not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT.
