Description Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, training, and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used was 39 employees of PT Indra Karya Division of Engineering 1. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Leadership, Motivation, Training, and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. While partially shows that the variables of Leadership, Motivation, Training and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Training, Work Disipline, Employee Performance
