Description Abstract This study aims to determine the description of workload, job satisfaction, performance and work motivation of J&T Kesamben employees, Blitar, to determine the effect of workload on performance through employee work motivation, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance through employee work motivation, to determine workload on employee performance, to determine workload on employee motivation, to determine job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine job satisfaction on employee motivation and to determine work motivation on employee performance. The type of research used is exsplanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data. The sampling technique of the population using saturated sampling is a total of 30 respondents. The analysis used in this research is descriptive, path analysis (path analysis) and model suitability test. The results showed, 1) there is an effect of workload on performance through work motivation; 2) there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance through work motivation; 3) there is an effect of workload on performance; 4) there is an effect of workload on work motivation; 5) there is a significant and insignificant effect of job satisfaction on performance; 6) there is a significant and significant effect of job satisfaction on work motivation; 7) there is an effect of work motivation on performance.Keywords: Workload, Job Satisfaction, Performance and Work Motivation
