Description Abstract This research was conducted at PG. Kebon Agung Malang. The pupose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance PG. Kebon Agung Malang.The variables used are organizational culture, motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as independent variables, while employee performance variables are the dependent variabel. The sample used in this study was 50 employees of T.U.K PG. Kebon Agung Malang uses the proportional stratification random method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of deternation tests using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 14.0 for Windows software.The results showed that the organizational culture and motivation variables did not significantly influence the performance of PG employees. Kebon Agung Malang, while the variable organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) significantly influance the performance of PG employees Kebon gung Malang.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Performance
